Hello there, unfortunately the simple answer is no. The 360 headset is an audio Jack, whereas the PS3 only has inputs for USB headsets and Bluetooth compatible audio devices :)
I had a theory once. That make a USB receiver for Windows so that you can use all of your wireless XBox accessories on the PC. I know that an Xbox controller will not even be recognized by the ps3 but a buddy of mine claims that the Xbox camera will work. So my idea was to hook the wireless receiver into the ps3 and pair a headset to the receiver. It might give you a wireless usb headset. Nobody I have known has tried it yet.
Hey, I know where your coming from, however this theory would never work or be practical. For the price of the receiver and headset you might aswell buy a cheap £10 bluetooth headset! It would also never work because you would need driver's installed on the PS3 for the receiver and for the headset to be recognized
Therefore this will never be more than a theory... However, LiveCam works quite well in my opinion on the PS3, that is my current setup! This only works however because most USB camera's have the same variation within driver's, therefore Sony who have only installed 1 driver on their system, in simple term's, it cover's most camera's!

But about the Headset, No it would never work UNLESS you put it all on Linux, which would be pointless from a game side of view
