Wii won't read games at all

I have modded my wii with a wiikey long time ago. It has always worked fine and I have been playing Brawl. Though this morning it started making a clicking sound while I was playing Brawl so I ejected the disk. Then the wii wouldn't even take the disk in. It would go in but then right back out. So after pushing it in and out many times it finally went in and the blue light came on. Still it wouldn't work. I'm now getting the "Unable to read the disc" screen. When I first put the disk in it sounds as if its trying to turn over but a gear is off or something. Anyone know how to fix this?

I think you may have to take the console to pieces and have a look yourself.
