what are the odds of being banned on live with a modded xbox 360 i buy alot of xbox live marketplace stuff game addons etc and i play games online sometimes and if i get banned what can i do

you have a 50/50 chance. Same as anyone else. And if you have already played on live with back up games there is no reason to stop now because they most likely have you on their "naughty" list waiting the nexty wave of bannings.

oh i was going to mod my new xbox but i dont think i will now but the hard drive im using is from my old modded xbox 360 can they still see that i formatted it though i dont want to be banned cause i bought the 100 doller wirless adapter and some other online stuff lol
