5000 on my Digivox channels

Hi, just got a Digivox, live in London, use n*t, over 200 channels have scanned in ok but they begin with 5000. Some have gone into categories and have lost the 5000 prefix, but the majority have not. I don't know what the channels are and I cannot seem to get these ones by typing in the channel number - I have to scroll through the entire list, nor can I edit them or put them into a category. rescanning helped but I only have about 30 channels without this 5000 thing. Can anyone advise? I have firmware version 4 installed.
