Hello all my 360 was recently banned from xbox live since its modded. Which is fine by me but when im trying to play my newest burned games ie Lost Odyssey and turok the game does not register on my console. Once i put in the disk it just says eject tray. Lost Odyssey loaded once but then said it needed a game update and once i clicked yes it said cannot connect to live. So my question is since im banned from live is it possible i will not be able to play the latest burned games due to not being able to get xbox live updates? Or is it just that my media is failing me and I should attempt a reburn?

its your media, you dont have to have an update to play newer games.
