Error when burning iso file Help!

I have ripped a game with Xbox Backup Creator 2.8 and when I attempt to burn the iso file I am getting the following error message

Error opening DVD-ROM[D] for exclusive access and the options to retry, ignore or abort.

If I choose ignore the burn does not complete. I am using a sony dru-810a drive and I have not had any other problems with anything else I use the drive for. Any ideas? bad burn? bad drive? bad media? Thanks for your help!
