I have lost the ability to stream my media from PC to PS3 after changing ISP from sky(netgear router) to 02( thomson speedtouch router). A friend said try using a netgear router which i purchased..it worked for 5 mins and then gone. Spoke to PS3 support and they said try opening more ports on the router..tried with 02 to do this and they said all ports where open.. Now i am a bit pissed cos i like media streaming films and am still at stage one. SOme one out ther who can help me please!!!!!

Dont want to do it that way..sorry to slow. tried tversity,nero all of them dont work..its something with the router im sure..help!!

Try WMP11(Windows Media Player 11)its quite quick and reliable.

WMP 11 was the first thing i tried..it worked perfectly with my old router with sky but nil with o2 router
