my friend gave me an unbanned console in perfect condition. my previous console
died on me (unmodified), RROD, and all i have are original games. Is there a risk
of getting banned? please help since I am scared to go live until I get some feedback.

If its modded there is always a chance of it getting banned idk about origs but yes you can still get banned
