So now that 3.2 is here, does anyone know how I can remove the dual channels in my Wii?

I have a US version Wii, with d2ckey.
About a month ago, I updated to 3.1U using a Super Mario Galaxy (which I presume is PAL) and got additional channels.

I hope someone here can give details on how to remove the extra channels. it would be truly appreciated. Thanks.

You cannot unless you just format your Wii.
