Im having issues when using Imgburn 2.4.0.0 to burn my backed up 360 iso's. The problem is that during the writing to disc stage, it will just stop. The time remaining and write speed go to 'unknown' and the writing stops. So far Ive waisted 5 verbatim DVD+R duals.(WEEP). Is anyone having the same issues or know how to fix this? The log files show nothing as it thinks its still writing.
Im using verbs and samsung SH-S183L if that helps. Thanks in advance for any help.
BTW ive tried it on both vista and xp with the same results. It can also happen at anytime of the writing process. Last 3 attempts were at 3% , 12% and 27%

Hi. Yes Ive been selecting the .dvd file. Ive tried using a game I ripped myself with a kreon drive and a game I downloaded. Ive done 15-20 games before this with very few problems (the odd coaster here and there)
4 things to check.
1.uninstall and re download img burn.
2.trying using backup creator instead.
3.make sure your burners firmware is up to date.
4.buy a new burner.
also, if you've dl the game, delete the .dvd file that it came with and make your own with mulleter. that way its guaranteed to point to the iso file. I've wasted tons of dvds from this problem too
You actually do not need a .DVD file at all. If you delete it or did not have one you can manually set the layer break in IMGburn and burn the ISO. I have done many discs using just the ISO.
You may also want to check you device manager settings and make sure that you DVD burner is still set to use DMA mode.
