Hi friends!
i m callin' for help in the world's best forum.
here the problem statement:-
there were some kids playin' with my psp, n somehow they exited the game n thought that XMB theme manager is a game n entered it n pressed some buttons....
what follows is a PSP that could not access Memory stick n while tryin' to do so it gets hanged n shuts down.
i've tried to reset the settings in the flash 0 in the recovery menu. it only displays a japanese/chinese message... it doesn't work.
i think its semi bricked.
My PSP runs on 3.52 M33-mod 4.
I got a link n downloaded the 13.3 mb file from

i just run the recovery back to 1.5 kernel. Then i upgraded to 3.52 M33 update 4.
everything was fine but now i am gettin' the same 80020148 error while trying to start games like GTA Vice city, street racing LA dual, Luxor pharaoh challange, Jackass the game, EA replay______
while the games running successfully are Simpsons Game, 007 from russia with love, ridge racer 2, BrianLARA 2007, Virtual Tennis 3.
My Kernel is set to 3.52 in recovery menu.
Earlier i had same firmware but all the games run on it. since i upgraded in the manner 2.51 -> 2.71 -> 1.50 -> 3.03 OEC -> 3.52 M33 Update 4.
but this time directly 1.50 -> 3.52 M33 update 4
Please help.

Thanks for quick assistance, but the problem is still the same.
changing to any driver ( M33 driver, Sony NP9660, OE isofs ) has Not resolved the problem :(
