hacking socom on psp slim

i downloaded the nite pr rev j and k.i was running on a psp slim 3.71m33.i downgraded my psp to 3.71m33, 3.71m33-2 and 3.71m33-4 but anytime i try to use the socom hack,the psp slim freezes and shuts down completely there is a special nite pr for all the 3.71 m33.i thought the special nite pr wasnt working so i tried upgrading to 3.90m33. i then downloaded the nite pr for all other firmwares. i went to recovery mode and enabled it.i then went to to socom multi player.when the game was about to start,the psp slim still frooze and shot down completely.

some hacks require special drivers to launch them, change the driver by hitting select

in your CFW psp hit select /or start at the menu (XMB of the psp, aka normal screen) you will see some options (a sub menu will appear) about changing your configuration, the option to change drivers for ISO's will be there, change it around and see how it goes!~~you dont need to download "special" drivers from anywhere

i really dont get how to do this i have the nite pr rev k and a custom firnware it is 3.71 m33-4. I do everything it tells me to do but when i do it it either turns on and nothing happens or it freezes and shuts down.Can somebody help me and tell me step by steb on this subject please and thank you...

I think rev k was blocked with the 1.4 update, Try rev. j.

alright calm down the lot of you!
tell me in detail the issue...more then likely the game/hack you got was bad or requires something in the game to activate it.
please ask!

I Have a Slim with 3.90 m33-2 all of the NitePR files i have tryed don't work. the game works fine, but when you put the codes on it stops and locks up.

dont cheat
play the game the way it was meant to be. you ruin it for everyone else
not trying to be mean, but its the truth
my magical psp journey thing:
slim (+[__]%): 3.60 > 3.71 > 3.73 > 3.80 > 3.71m33-2 > 3.71m33-4 > 3.80m33 > 3.80m33-5 > 3.90m33-2

ha ha your real smart!!
tepsy~ yo man i tested the game and its a crappy mod, forget it! it launched ok-ish at cpu speed 266, but then crashed! get a different source...

I had this problem and it might not be the drivers, socom update patches every now and again to eliminate hackers, they recently updated it to V 1.40, so if you have the nitepr codes for 1.30 they wont work, you have to get the ported codes for 1.40 and replace the old ones, then it should work okay
