ok so i installed th e seplugin from the files that i downloaded at the website for CW turned on psp with right shoulder down enabled plugins, i start the tactics eboot press the select buton for 3x seconds and nothing what is the problem?
specs
i used the seplugins from the file MS_ROOT_371
my CFW is 3.71m33-4
memory card is 4gb sony pro duo

Are you sure you enabled all the plugins there???
It could be that you didn't press it long enough....
