IS IT POSSIBLE TO SWAP THE BOARD FROM MY HITACHI 78FK TO MY 47DJ SO THE 47DJ CAN WORK ON THE CONSOLE WHERE THE 78FK ONCE WAS???

78fk's. ;)

You need the same drive (hitachi) and firmware (47dj to 47dj, or 78fk to 78fk) to swap boards.

So, no, what you want to do will not work.
