if your trying 2 downgrade your psp then you could plug your psp into the ac adapter and then turn it on (no battery in) and it will load the xmb menu and you can format your memory card that way. then use the easyinstaller.
you can try disinter v3.80 and by what i read it sound to be very good for making a magic memory stick
if your memory stick needs to be formated on the pc check to see if it is in FAT32 format (it should be) if not change it and it should format.
hope that all helps

Creating a Magic memory doesn't work well on vista. i've tried alot fo time and got nowhere. you can mspformat in vista nor, can you write the boot file to your memory stick. i'd just stay away from vista when dealing with PSP modding.

it won't be stickied, we already have a Pandora sticky, it can be added there, but not multiposted everywhere..
edit- plus it's from an external site, you all know the rules on that; let's see it written locally ie in the Pandora sticky...

Try holding the left trigger down when you insert the pandoras. If that don't work I don't know which version of the memory stick you install but some don't have screen support for slim. If this is the case. insert the pandoras and wait 30 seconds then hit X. Leave it till the PSP shuts down by itself and turn back on and you should have screen and CFW.
