problems with DVDdump for wiikey

i have a wiikey and am using DVDdump from the 1.2b config disc using a 1GB card via usb1.0
the dump is split into 5 (0,1,2,3,4)

- all seems to go well until the final dump from the SD to the PC when i get a 'cannot write file' message, this is incredibly annoying as it takes forever as it is with my crappy usb ports
-could this be the problem?

my file size is 4,193,280KB (which i know is under the size of a wii disc and is prob just the first 4 dumps)

also, with a successful dump, does the filename change or does it remain
'discimage.iso'?

any help would be greatly appreciated

i can only find info on the LG-drive method-
