How do I rip games to my psp?

Hi all, I could really do with some help ripping games to my psp. have had a try but it doesnt seem to be working. Apparently I have to downgrade my firmware to 1.0 from 3.11 and I am sure there are a few other things as well. Any help would be much appreciated.

So ... ur fimrware is 1.00 ? Get PSP filer and rip the UMD. Also, its better if u get a CFW (3.90 M33)... since it has a built in UMD ripper

Sorry, I might not have explained myself properly. My firmware is currently 3.11. I believe I need to downgrade it to 1.0 or 1.5? I am a noob at this so please use languGE THAt an idiot would understand as that is basically what I am when it comes to this.

yeah, you need to downgrade first before concerning yourself with how to rip games.

since you're on 3.11, you can either use the Lumines exploit(click 3.10 - 3.50 Any Motherboard) or pick up a Datel Tool Battery and make a Magic Memory Stick by following one of the many guides posted on this site.

edit: try Downgrade a 3.11 PSP instead.

edit: apparently the 3.11 downgrader still requires Luminies so i suggest the Tool and MMS combo.
