i have Fido (canada)
IMEI # is 356204000121473
I have tried few unloack #'s from this form but no luck
comes up with "CODE ERROR"
any help please

It takes 2 codes to unlock this phone.

It is up to you to enter these codes correctly. The 6670 from Canada requires 2 codes to be entered. You will first enter the first one and let the phone do it's thing. Then you will enter the next code and let the phone do it's thing. It may shut off on you and if so, give it about 5 seconds to come back on. This goes for each code you enter. Also, this model only allows 3 chances to unlock. You do not have room to enter one digit wrong.
