hi folks I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to do a PAL to NTSC conversion during the
DVD2SVCD process
i'd hate to have to ncode twice as I fear the quality of the resulting svcd would suffer

i know i could do a straight conversion with procoder
however i like the "add borders 16:9 ecode as 4:3 feature and my straght encodes always come out looking streched even with ratio set as 16:9
plus i like the bin cue results

TIA

it takes dedication to learn
and ignorance to fail
