cod4 experince changes on the bravia??

ive got a 46inch sony bravia lcd X series tv in the living room, and i hooked up my ps3 2 play cod 4 online, ok 1st the graphics r nuts (without even using the hdmi plug in) but when im actually playing it, it feels a lil laggy and alot more different, whats up with that? it also seems alot more sensitive? its werid..

if i get a hdmi cable would that change things? also are they worth the $80(aus) and do they show much of a difference...

yes definitely get hdmi cable. hell of a difference.Its probably you just thinking its changed on new telly.

I have a 52" w series with hdmi and it looks great. I got my hdmi cables over the internet for about 10-20 dollars. If you pay more then that you are getting screwed unless you are getting more than a 6' long cable. Do a search on hdmi cables and you will see that there is no difference in the cable based on price. That is until you are getting into the 200'-300' long cables. You either get a signal or you don't. they act nothing like old speaker wire were the thicker it is the better. My setup is hdmi to tv and optical to receiver. that is until i get a new reciever then thinking about going all hdmi.

I agree. On larger tvs the hdmi makes a nice difference. I switched from vga to hdmi on my 50" plasma and the difference was night and day. And if you don't need more than 10' of cable, don't waste your money on name brand hdmi cables.
