...start your thread with subject (example):

Brand: Apple 1x (DVD-R)

Please note the media type, DVD-R, DVD+R, etc.. Otherwise the post is virtually useless.

...then copy/paste the information you got from the ADVDInfo to the post and _after_ that tell your experiences, how was the media, did it work with your stand-alone, your DVD-ROM, maybe even where did you buy it, when did you buy it, how much it did cost and would you recommend it as a brand.

If you should have problems with the application suggested by dRD because of Aspi drivers, then you can also go here and download this application, DVDinfopro. It has a paid version and a free version. The free version comes with an advert (a small advertising banner) but the application contains no spyware of anykind.
