I recently tried to help a friend to test his mms and pandora battery because he said he bricked his psp using it. So after testing it on mine, my own psp bricked. It is on 390m33 and a slim. I have my own pandora and mms. Have tried it on others and it works but when I used it on mine, it leads to the installing of cfw 380m33 and then hangs when it is formatting flash1. Please help me... Am at a loss

Nope... It is not working anymore. I turn it on and all I see is a black screen. When I put the pandora in,(i'm using the upms v3) after making the selection for the CFW, it proceeds on to format flash 0 and then it just hangs as it goes to flash 1.

@asiol

you cant't go to recovery menu once its bricked,

maybe you have a bad memory stick,, you can only resolve the problem using the pandora's battery and create a magic mem stick,,, try changing your mem stick,, it may have some bad sectors in it,, =)

Did you back up ure NAND before you tried out the Pandora. IF you didn't and it's a slim then there's nothing you can do because of security you can't load another PSP's NAND. If its a phat then you can get a working NAND of another person with a phat(not sure if it has to be same mo-bo tho). Then use NANDtool beta 0.3 to dump id_storage keys. Then write your friend's NAND to your PSP and then restore your original id_storage keys. Note ure PSP will still work if you don't dump and restore id_storage keys but it will mean that you won't be able to play UMD's, change brightness, update etc.

My phat (+[__]%)'s life

>bought off Ebay (3.40-0E-A)->(3.52m33)->(3.52m33-4)->(3.71m33)->(3.71m33-3)
->(3.71m33-4)->(3.71m33-5)->(3.80m33)->(3.80m33-2)->(3.80m33-5)->(3.90M33)->(3.90M33-2)->(3.80 OFW)->(3.80M33-5)

My slim (+[__]%)'s life
(Bought from Myer, Sydney. Don't know what OFW came with it as i first put in MMS and DCv4 before inserting Sony Battery)->(3.80M33-5)
