i want to captuer me and my buds play video games how do i do this???

I Enjoy playing CoD4 and soon Vegas 2 and i want to get video capture software...i was wandering how to do it what i need adn whats the best software... any advise is help full...

Not sure if u mean for xbox 360 or for PC, as you said software. PC you can use xfire or fraps. Xbox 360 you just have to route through a dvd recorder, hdd recorderor something. There is another device that will record things to a memory stick but i forget the name. Dont know that this is actually what you are looking for though

you can get a capture card on your PC and use that for the best quality.
