When i Tried to unbrick my friends psp i used my pandora battery and mem stick and then when i pop it into his psp it loads up the pandora menu and i intall 3.71 m33 but it says formatting flash0 and just sits there then turns off

wat do you mean by wat version mms im using i have a sandisk 512 i actually used it this morning for a friend and worked fine just wont work with this psp
Version, i mean which installer...Pandoras gui,DCv3,DCv4. Also are you trying to unbrick a slim or fat and what firmware was it on before it bricked and how did it brick.

There's been a few reports of the newbie install not working on slims if that's what your trying to unbrick. I don't know you didn't specify. Try using Pandoras gui or one of the DC versions.

Try remaking the Memory stick using Pandoras gui. I've got a few different MMS and if I run into the same problem, that's the one that always get's it for me. I think it has something to do with how it partitions the flash.
