UPMS Standard Boot IPL and Pandora Batterie Use

So I am a real Newbie to all of this, and I could not find my Question anywhere.

I Turned my Phat battery to a Pandora the other day to Flash my Slim and Used the UMPS CSO image to install it all. My discovery in the complete newbie finding something other probably already knew I Used the Standard Boot IPL on My MMS and could not get it to boot the the Pandora (Was just trying to load stuff up on my phat)I then used the Multi-IPL and was able to get into Pandora recovery if I held the L button (Important for the Flashing the Slim)

Now my real Question is has anyone had any issues so far with not changing there battery back and using it in the XMB with a Pandora battery? And having on your other Memory Cards the Standard Boot IPL and using the Multi-IPL on the MMS, Alowing for people to Not have to worry about having a 2nd Pandora Battery around in case they brick they can just pop in the MMS and Hold L to fix.

What experiences do others have, should we just Pandora our Battery when we think we might Brick our systems, Or should we all just go out there and pick up a 2nd Battery so we can always have a Pandora Around?
