I think 3.90 fimware installer killed my PSP

I was running M33 3.52-4 firmware on my FAT PSP, so i descided to upgrade to 3.90 to be able to play at God of War, so i did everything mention in the read me of M33/DarkAlex. I grabbed the 3.90 update on SONY site so when he was installing the firmware, the installer crashed at 85% and now my PSP doesnt work. I can turn it on, the greenlight appear but all i get is a black screen then the PSP shut off by himself after 20 seconds. Im not using any Pandoras thing or whatever its called

Any help will be really appreciated

i did the same but my update was going ok! i got the message "press X to restart PSP" at the end but when i did that my PSP restarted black screen and green light is on.
i still can go to recovery by pressing R button at start but cannot do anything there or maybe just don't know what to do

Help please!!!!!!!!!!

The R button thing doesnt even work now on mine...looks liek ill have to do a Pandora battery with one of my spare

boot into recovery and format flash1 by going into advanced format flash1 and reset settings
