I think I turned off my D2C chip, how do I turn it back on?

I unplugged all of the cords from the Wii, planning on moving it, however i decided to leave it there. I plug it back in, and my backed-up games dont work. Help!

I can tell u right now that u didnt turn the chip off. It's possable something was knocked loose though. Do u know if its a wired install? D2c chips have alot of solder points, one of the tiny wires may have popped off and need to be resoldered.
