3.40 oe a firmware problems....HELP PLEASE....

need help...im quite new to custom firmware and have put 3.40 oe a on psp...i have various iso files from which i have backed up from umds i own. but when i install them to the iso folder on memory stick they dont load up either it goes black and freezes or it says game can not be loaded....ive tryed everything from reading various problems people have had but still cant get them to work.
tryed:
having a umd disc in
changing settings(though i dont no if ive turned to many things off)
so if theres someone who can help it would be most appreciated thanks.

First, you need to make sure that the game is not a higher firmware (I think 3.70 and up will not play on 3.40 OE-A).

If this is the case, then you need to update to a higher firmware.

If it's not the case, then go into recovery mode, advanced, advanced configuration--and disable everything. This gets it working most of the time.

as XEnigmaX posted boot into recovery by holding the R button down and powering on the psp go to advanced>advanced disable everything apart from vsh menu and set the kenal to m33 driver this will should get the games working for u.

I don't think sony np9660 or m33 drivers are on 3.40 OE-A
