Ok everyone, here's the deal:

My PSP phat's battery after the hardmod seems to have caused a minor problem.

After removing the appropriate pin off the board, and inserting the battery back in place, the system appears to have been bricked. The weird part is that the system runs fine on AC power. What could the problem here be and what is a solution to it? I will upload pictures of the battery if you need a look at that.

I thought that could be the problem, but if I only lifted the exact pin that I was supposed to, how could that happen?
