Multi Disc eboot for xenogears

Hello again, I've tried creating a multidisc eboot for Xenogears because iirc this is one of those games that makes u switch the disc without saving -.-;; obviously popsloader doesnt do that so I used Impaler.

My problem is that when I create the eboot file with Impaler it freezes whenever I get into a fight. I made another eboot with Popsloader that works fine and I saved after the first fight then reloaded it with the Impaler eboot and it still froze.

Im running CFW 3.90 M33-2 on a FAT psp. Is there any other way to create a multidisc eboot or am I just doomed to not have Xenogears in my pocket?

Try using Popsloader (The popsloader you are referring to is most likely the popstation that DaX made.)

Popsloader is a plugin that will allow you to play at lower firmwares while still keeping 3.90. I'm pretty sure the 3.90 comes with it (mine did). To enable it, start your PSP in recovery mode (hold R while it's booting up) and go to plugins. Then enable popsloader.prx.

Open up your Impaler eboot and see if it freezes when you set it to lower firmware versions. If it does then there is a long complicated way to still do it, but you need a computer, the ePSXe emulator for windows, and CWCheat plugin.

ok I downloaded them from Dark_Alex but idk if I got the right ones or if Im using them correctly. I enabled them and when the game loads it shows them and then the whole thing freezes. so then i dld the 3.80 ones and it starts but the game still wont work.../sigh
