GetplusD.inf and Session3 Initialization Failed errors

When starting windows, I receive the following error:

Could not locate inf file 'C:\Windows\inf\getplusd.inf'.

This has been showing up for a few weeks. Recently now, I also have had some issues with BSOD and the error Session3 initialization failed as the error.

I was able to boot from CD and get into the system and now have rebooted the system a few times with success. I was also able to run HijackThis and here is the log.

Still having problems with this PC. It worked for a few days, but now it is giving the BSOD error about every other day. Thanks for any help in advance.
