Is this a good SATA PCI adapter?

Hey,

I need a SATA chip however i do not know how to solder. But i was told i could also use this to flash my 360

Yes,the card will work.any card with the same specs as that should work.
Make sure when you flash u DONT install the RAID drivers.I cant wait till I flash my 360... I have everything set except to order a SATA card.I even have an Unlock Kit of my own just in case my tools wont open the tabs.I know that was off topic but Im excited.
