[b]I was wondering if I flashed my 360 with firmware toolbox,would 12x's firmware speed be good?If any of you people who've flashed there 360's can tell me what speed they used?By the way,my 360 has a v78 drive.

I personally use 8x myself with no problems. A little quieter that way.

I use 8x. It reads fast and you don't have to listen to a jet engine while playing backups.

I say 12x unless the noise bothers you a lot. I prefer my games loading as fast as possible over making the drive quieter.

Looks like wabashman is pulling a Mr.Xbox haha. But na I mod all my customers xbox's with 8x load time isnt much different than 12x. Helps read cheaper media disk, and the sound difference while small is still nice.

im always on live, the console is rarely shut off. and i think mrxbox has short mans syndrome or something....either that or he cant take a joke worth shit. and OMG i didnt know how to use xbins....please kill me for that...it is far easier to download everything i need from other places anyways, it was the only place i found that had whatever it was i needed at the time. and if i recall correctly, i didnt whine when my guitar wasnt working properly. i merely asked if anyone else had the same issue. and trust me..i have plenty of hobbies and crap to do.
however, you need to learn how to use the edit button so you dont have to double post every time just to pad your post count.
