I recently tried to put a new xmb sound on my PSP, and flashed it accordingly through the USB flash 0. I also backed up that particular file along with the rest of them, after booting the sound was clear and working, but when I go to my music and try to select a song or even abulm, it just freezes a bit then turns off?? Im running 3.90 m33 any help would be appreciated, thanks

I just deleted every thing on my flash0 and pasted all my backup files back but they didnt fit somehow, so instead i just pasted a xmb instead and my psp is back to normal, just w/o font for some reason but i think thats cause of the xmb.

everything . You can delete the DIC folder and the gb3s1518.bwfon file in the font folder. I dont know what they are ... but make sure to keep a backup
EDIT: for gb3s1518.bwfon dont delete it . rename it to ltn0.pgf .
What dont u want in ur flash. Tell me and i will show u how to get rid of it

Ok my PSP is semi bricked now, it only boots when i do it from the recovery menu. I have over 40 files if i remember correctly in my flash 0 folder, which includes the xmb. I think Im just gonna delete everything all over again and try another xmb? Idk, but I found out the xmb sound I used is corrupted, i replaced it with the old sound before but it didn't make a difference..so idk what to do now lol.

click back to the three folders that open up when you connect through usb, you should have DIC,VSH and a FONT folder. Delete the DIC folder.
