The Box2 Glitches?

Can anybody help me out here. I just got the Box and set it up today and on most channels all I'm getting is lots of glitches on it as in say Sky spo*ts new*s it just keeps freezing or jumping.

Any help would be a bonus otherwise I will be sending it back!
