I want to downgrade my PSP Slim 3.90. What's the safest way, without Pandora's Battery or a Magic Memory Stick?

there is no other way BUT pandora's battery and magic memory stick; both must be used together.

it's the only way for 3.51+ firmwares and ALL psp slims.

NOPE!!!~when you get CFW remember to get the 1.50 kennel update to run emulators!
