and how good is the multiplayer in syphon filter logans shadow (frame rate,is it fun etc.)
and how many people play logans shadow online at any given time?

I am currently playing logans shadow and just finished the story mode and now working on career mode. I havent played online but the game itself if awesome. If you like shooter games this is one to have. It is easy to use the controls. I recommend it.

ty for replying... my internet was down the day before i left so i bought syphon filter, and its amazing! dont believe all the people who say its hard to use to controls and hard to swim.... its actually incredibly easy (after the first 5 minutes!), i havent playwed online yet but looking foward to it..

yes logans shadow 1 player mode is good, but if u are looking for a better online get SF Dark Mirror, the ranking system is better, and it got game of the year in 2006, or u can buy Combat ops from the psn store for 10$

I finished Logans Shadow and I am now playing Tom Clancys Vegas, and I think that Logans Shadow is better. Thats just my opinion.

metal gear all the way for 3rd person shooter
but i think id go for god of war looks good and a lot of hype about it when it came out so it must be good ill have to get round to trying it out

God of War. Finish it, then get Syphon Filter.
Why? God of War is quite short... You can finish it in no time and play a different game. Syphon Filter's cover-and-gun gets too repetetive. Although, Syphon Filter is the best shooter out in the market. (And God of War the best action game)
And on a side note, Syphon's online is DEAD. If you want a good amount of players online, get Socom.

I've never played Syphon Filter, but I must agree that God of War is far too shot. Too bad that the UMDs can only store 1.8GB of data.. So.. Why is Syphon Filter that good..? And what is the difference between 1st/2nd/3rd person shooter?! I was told this once, but not 2nd and 3rd, and I can't find that thread.

I already had Dark Mirror, and loved it....I'd probably get God of War, but I would no doubt get Logans Shadow as well, just later.

God of war is way too short.
SF Logan's shadow has good grpahics, same for God of war. The sounds in God of war sound much better than SF Logan's shadow.
SF Logan's Shadow
Graphics: 9/10
Sound: 7/10 - Its hard to hear since all those helicopters and shooting happens
Gameplay: 9.5/10
Length:8/10
God of War
Graphics:9/10
Sound:8/10
Gameplay:7/10
Length: (sadly) 5/10
I finished GOW in one day, syphon filter is a longer and maybe harder to solve the puzzles.

Well obviously syphon was the shooter/stealth game to beat in 2007. GOW is just too short but while it lasts, its amazing. Syphon's graphics are immense, gow quite good also. Based on the length and the variety of things to do, i think it's gotta be syphon filter.
Syphon filter: 9/10
GOW: 8.5/10

God of war is best single player game and graphics are the best i ever seen. Logan syphon has better online play. But i would go for metal gear solid portable ops/ ops plus because it has good single player gameplay and superb online gameplay

Don't buy any of them.
Buy Syphonfilter: Dark Mirror, it is the best for online and the graphics are same as logan's shadow.
God Of War is too short and has no online play!

God of War Chains of Olympus is way too short, and SFLS is more challenging.
However, the sounds and the graphics from GoW is over Syphon Filter...
My opinion : GoW CoO:9.0
SFLS:9.5
Both of them are PSP remarcable games.

I actually just finished God of War: Chains of Olympus a few days ago. I'm partway through Syphon Filter: Logan's Shadow now, and it's a pretty sweet game.
I beat God of War in 6 hours, 52 minutes. VERY, VERY SHORT. I'd recommend Syphon Filter, just because I know it's longer, has more replayability, and it has MULTIPLAYER.
Both God of War and Syphon Filter are awesome, but I'd go with Syphon Filter on this one.

Syphon Filter, the controls I can't get used to, not enough buttons, and God of War, I never liked those games... But if I was forced to, I'd probably go with God of War, only because I like brutally beating things up

Easy Answer is Buy em Both as they are both damn good. If i had to pick one i think it would be Syphon Filter LS.
It is a lot longer in gameplay, GOW is a short game but both In terms of gameplay are excellent.
Depends what you want. More Thought, More Game?=Logans Shadow. All out action & attack go with GOW.
