PSP Code Error 80020148 HELP PLEASE!!!

I have the OFFICIAL firmware 3.03 and I wanted to update to 3.50 and then downgrade to 1.5 because I dont have the UMD needed to just downgrade from there. Then when i went to upgrade I got the DRNFFFFF or watever code that told me I couldnt update due to my system configuration error or what not. So then I was told to get the registry key cleaner for my psp and I did but now I get the Error 80020148 which is the error that says the game can not start. So can SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME I JUST WANT TO GET BACK TO 1.5!!!
