After I followed the instructions, my PSP turned off and did not reboot by itself. When I tried to, the green light would come on, the orange memory light would flicker, would get a slightly grayer screen and it shut down again.
After trying a few times, I got the recovery mode and eventually the PSP came on, but it shuts down if I try to play games.
I guess it is not fully bricked because it turns on when it wants to, but I do not know what to do.
-I reformatted the memory stick after my PSP started acting up.
-I tried to upgrade my PSP to 3.90 M33-2, hoping it would clear the error. The PSP rejected it, and stayed at 3.90 M33.
I hope to get some help because it may not be that damaged (it turns on through recovery mode and goes to the regular PSP desktop, plays UMD movies but fails at playing ISO games).
