yes we mod there system, what wrong with that, it just like modding your car to make it run the way you want to handle.
i dont know how you guys feel about this, i thinking what is wrong with modding your system. Not all of people on earth is going to dl their games. so far there isnt much great game i would want to buy, because most of the game dosnt look to promising.
how do think of this idea. it a hard one. since nintendo is been a lil Bit*h we sure show them that we can be one too.
spread the word to everyone a not to buy any nintendo products of any find. with the power of everyone is we can make the sale of nintendo drop bring down their stocks price make them not to them suffer like they are doing to guy.

Nintendo released firmware 3.0 to stop mod chips. And in turn stoped all action replay cheat devices for the wii in the process. We where suppose to get a action replay for the wii and nintendo's latest firmware blocked that from happening.
So in turn nintendo is forceing us to install chips in order for our action replay devices and other devices to function.
Yeah I would certainly have to question the age of the poster, OF COURSE Nintendo hates it when people mod their systems, You are stealing potential profit, and i hate it when people say "I just Mod because of homebrew" that's complete B.S and everyone knows that. It's exactly why their are forums such as afterdawn with many more posts on playing "Back Up" software. Every time you download or rent and burn these games Nintendo on Average is losing $20 - $50 dollars that could have been made.
If you were to be in Nintendo's position would you be releaseing games for free to the consumer when you had to spend millions to pay the developers to produce those games? I highly doubt the developers of Zelda and Mario are just going home everynight not caring about a paycheck. The systems themselves Im sure are paying for all the manufacturing overhead and other such production costs.
So even if your stupid theory "could" happen, Did you not think about the fact that if Nintendo were to lose all that profit, not be able to pay the developers, and not have enough money to manufactur the systems themselves...Well; then there wouldnt be a Nintendo system anymore for you to Mod. Nintendo has every right to "Try" :) and protect their intellectual property, and they are doing what is best for their company, hence why they have been around longer than any of the others and still going strong So boycott Nintendo? yeah right.
I totally agree with you Menion. Though I do have to say that if they really want to fight piracy a good place to start would be not region-locking the games. I know several people who installed modchips JUST to play smash bros a month early. Of course now that they've gone through the effort of modding they're copying each others games and are starting to download them as well. But they wouldnt be pirating games now if they haddnt wanted to import one and had to mod to do it.
Just one quick question to the Poster, where the heck did you learn to write your english, my god your writing makes my head hurt... and 2nd you are NUTTS, all of the companies top priorities are to block usage of this kind of modding HW or SW, its their business, Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft... THIS IS ILLEGAL! You are playing with fire dude, most of the people out there that have their gaming consoles moded download their games and burn them without buying the retail version, that is a TRUE fact, in my country this is illegal but police and other departments in charge of this only sue where they can, if you come here and go downtown you will see tons of Movie DVDs illegally burnt and sold, so this is the way we HUMANITY are, so its idiotic that you think you can revolt when HONEST people will keep buying their games, so shut up, any mod here to close this idiotic thread?
