ZDWlan wont load

when ever i open ZDWlan app it flashes on the startbar then dissapears. when i open task manager it shows that its loading, but i wait for 1/2 an hour but still nothing happens.
i realy need to go online with my psp to vs friends, so any help would be much apreciated.

also i am running windows vista ultimate.
