help please upgrading from 3.03a

I've been out of the firmware loop for a while, and i want to upgrade from 3.03a to whatever the best new firmware is. I tried following the steps of other guides, but when i try to run 3.52 firmware creator, i get an error message saying "this game could not be started (80020148)". i copied eboots 150 and 352 into the m33creator folder, which i put in my psp/game folder. any help would be appreciated to fix this problem..thanks@!
