The actual carrier is cingular (phone used in the US)

The IMEI is 010972/00/627608/1

pleease help me unlock it... I'm now living in Costa Rica and need to use these phone here

What Network do you plan to use?
I do not think that phone will work in CR.
Wrong frequencies.
