Does anyone here know how to mod a psp and live in Portland, Oregon? I been reading most of the input from people in this forum and at time it seem easy then I read about it getting brick and it scare me to try. So if you know how and live in Portland, let me know how much to mod it.

thank

Its easier than you think, getting scared it easier. I would suggest buy a datal tool or a service tool maker. Then it's just a matter of making a Magic memory stick. Pretty simple, just take you time. You can buy it from Here Got mine the other day, and it works good. I have many hardmodded and softmodded but I think i'll sell these at my shop.

hi

thank you for replying with good info. Questions with the magic stick, after you make the magic stick, is this where the save iso or cso files will be store to play on the psp? If yes, would it be a good idea to get a good size memory stick? I peek at the links given and I think I will go ahead and try doing it myself. thank you again.

amagic memory stick is used jus to put custom firmware on your psp along with a pandora battry. once the custom firmware is on you can delete everything on your magic memory stick and use it as normal puting games on it.wot i have done is bought a 1gb memory stick to create the magic memory stick and keep it as that for furure use and bought a 4gb memory stick just for my games etc..

a magic memory stick can only be created on a 527 mb or higher. but doing it on a 4gb memory stick can cause problems so i advice gettin a 1gb to do this.

hope this helps

thank you
