Currently I tried alot but one keep failing and doesn't appear on the game list.

Try changing the UMD Modes, or, as larry said , try to rename it shorter.

i wasn't aware of any games not working in 3.90 m33 if they are good dumps and the fw options / settings are fine ????

it a good dump very reliable, i tried changing the umd now but now
