Retail copy of Brawl doesnt load after the "unplug while updating" trick

after unplugging my Wii at 70% when running both 1.9b and g updates, my copy of brawl finally began to be recognized in the wii Disc Channel, after starting the game it gets to the loading screen and stays there forever. its a genuine copy of Brawl and my wii is installed with a WiiKey that i think has been disabled. i am running the 3.2u update atm.
has anyone come across a way to get past this problem? if you can help please post something because i've looked through the forums and all that i find speak of burned or imported copies of brawl.
