As we know, retail versions of DL games for the wii will not read with the wiikey. For thoes of you who tried to dump a DL game to a SD card will find the wii will not read it in the dumping program either.
I found a way around this but encountered another problem. I put a on/off switch for my key. When on, burned discs read, but the retail DL disc wont. Off, vise-versa. So, with it on, i loaded the dumping program on the wii, when it asked me to put the game disc in i switched the wiikey off and inserted the disc, it read it just fine and began to dump to the SD card.
I'm using a 2 gig card, and the problem is the dumping program thinks the game is only a 4.7 gig game, and only dumps 3 chunks. So when the process is complete I've only dumped half the disc. I'm pretty sure its the programming of the dumping program to just assume every disc it's dumping can only be 4.7 and therefore splits it up accordingly.
So I'm wondering is there any way to get it to reconize that it's bigger than 4.7, and to dump the whole disc now that it can read it?
And if there is, im using dumptool from wiikey utilities 1.5 to dump the card to the computer, will it make a proper size iso at the end? While dumping the chunks on my first attempt it also claimed the size of the game was 4.7... I'm hoping if I can get the whole disc to dump i can just keep clicking 'no' on the box asking if that was the final chunk and make the full size iso.....
