Problems creating Magic Memory Stick

Hi,

Yesterday I have wasted 10 hours trying to get a CFW on my psp slim with
OFW 3.60.
I turned my slim battery in a pandora battery and that should work as when I put it in the psp only the power light goes on directly.
The problem is to get the Magic memory stick. I downloaded the easy installers from 4 different places but when I try to execute the START.exe my PCs ( I tried on 2 PCs) tell me I am not authorized to execute the program. I couldn't find a way to bypass this. Also, the START.exe was recognized as a trojan by my antivirus software ( AVG) so I turned those off but that didn't help either.

Could anyone tell me how to get this START.exe working and if anyone has a manual way to put the needed files on a memory stick for use in a new PSP slim with OFW I would appreciate the help.

that's the problem fake card's have problem's turning into mms
