last Sat i was playing WiiPlay and i turned it off using the wiimote's power button. The next morning, when i turned on the console (using the console's button) i was greeted with a black screen on my TV! It doesn't even ask you to press "A" to continue. My wiimotes can't seem to connect either (the 4 lights flash, then disappear. No indication which port it's connected to), but they can still turn on my wii. DVDs can still be inserted/ejected.
I've tried the solution from http://www.wiierror.com/wii-black-screen.php but it didn't help. If you look under "media", there's a video of "black screen, no connection" which is pretty much what i have.
Could someone throw me a bone on what might be wrong?

yeap, the console was still working fine the night before, nothing was changed. I've also tried unplugging and re-plugging the power/AV/sensor cables, but still greeted with black screen.
