I've been getting ready to flash my 360's drive and I encountered a thought that what if my 360 has v79 and do to some looking around I've found out that this site
http://www.360drives.com/list?v_pack=3&v...y=&v_perpage=50 .....says people with the xbox 360 elite of mine have v79 drive.Only 2 posts on that site have showed up about 360s like mine and i would like to ask all you guys who have v78 drives and Xbox 360 Elites to please post their manufacture date and 360 info as a reply.It will help alot.
I've seen people with v78 drive elites and just wanted to know if my 360 is possible to have one before i open it up.Here are the specs

Yah,I realized tha now due to this site I saw a while ago and I noticed I cant do anything with my 360 anymore with flashing.I dont feel like soldering that chip and flashing it because I havent soldered in a long while and I dont have time.The only thing left is ordering that TALISMOON WHISPERMAX.If i had v78 i could flash it and also install that and it would be nice.Thanks for the notice though
You must be one lucky guy.My drive turns out without opening it to be a v79!It sucks!I had everything ready and due to this site
